Service Technician (Maintenance) - Immediate, full-time position to support the affordable housing units managed by the Coventry Housing Authority.

Individual to perform skilled and semi-skilled diversified duties in connection with the maintenance of units, buildings, grounds, and equipment. Basic plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and custodial work is required in a 40-hour week with rotating on-call schedule. This position will report to the Maintenance Foreman and work with a current team of four. Position will have high degree of interaction with staff and residents requiring professional customer service skills at all times.
