Compensation

What We’re Looking For

• Strong verbal and written English and Spanish skills
• At least 1 year of phone-based support experience or comparable professional experience
• Comfortable using computers and learning new tools
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and professional
• Reliable home workspace with required technology
