Wal-Mart is seeking a Staff Data Analyst in Bentonville, AR. Job duties incl but not limited to identifying & influencing stakeholders by recommending changes based on data. Master's or equiv in Eng'g, Math, CS, or rel. fld + 1 yr of exp in data analytics or rel. fld; OR Bachelor's or equiv in Eng'g, Math, CS, or rel. fld + 3 yrs of exp in data analytics or rel. fld. Skills req'd incl but not limited to exp w/: Performing structured/non-structured data analysis using SQL, Hive & Big Query; Dvlp'g self-srvc dashboards/reports in Power BI & Tableau to drive analytical solutions; Conducting exploratory data analysis & statistical analysis using Python; Strategizing data scalability & accuracy using ETL/Eng'g methodologies.
