Adecco has partnered with a leading aerospace manufacturing organization in Rochester, New Hampshire to identify an IT Leader. This is a direct hire opportunity responsible for leading all site-level IT infrastructure, systems administration, cybersecurity, ERP support, and technology strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing enterprise IT environments within a manufacturing setting, supporting ERP systems, and partnering with global IT teams to ensure compliance, security, and operational excellence. Location: Rochester, New Hampshire (Onsite) Job Title: IT Leader Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-Time Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 annually Responsibilities • Lead and manage all site IT operations, infrastructure, and technology initiatives for the Rochester facility. • Serve as the primary liaison between local operations and domestic/international corporate IT teams. • Implement and maintain corporate IT policies, procedures, security standards, and disaster recovery plans. • Ensure compliance with company cybersecurity requirements and Minimum Security Rules (MSR). • Administer and maintain network infrastructure, including servers, routing, switching, proxy, and security systems. • Manage ERP and manufacturing application support, including SAP, EPROD, and other business-critical systems. • Direct and oversee Help Desk and Systems Administration personnel, ensuring effective support across all operating hours. • Monitor system performance, recommend improvements, and implement technology upgrades. • Manage data backups, archival processes, and business continuity initiatives. • Develop and maintain IT roadmaps, budgets, and technology investment plans. • Partner with business leaders to ensure IT systems effectively support operational requirements. • Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and technology partners. • Recruit, develop, coach, and evaluate IT staff while promoting continuous learning and Safran technology standards. • Lead IT-related projects and process improvement initiatives in coordination with corporate IT teams. • Ensure compliance with OSHA, company safety standards, and HSE initiatives. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required. • 5-10 years of experience in network and systems administration. • Previous leadership or supervisory experience within an IT environment preferred. • ERP administration experience required, preferably SAP and EPROD. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows Client, Windows Server, and Microsoft Office products. • Strong understanding of enterprise systems architecture, networking, cybersecurity, and infrastructure management. • Experience supporting manufacturing systems such as ERP, MES, PLM, SPC, or similar platforms. • Demonstrated ability to manage IT budgets, projects, and vendor relationships. • Experience developing technical specifications and supporting new equipment or systems implementations. • Experience collaborating with global or international teams strongly preferred. • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Pay Details: $95,000.00 to $11,000.00 per year
