Temporary Executive Assistant
The University of Pittsburgh seeks a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive professional for a temporary, shortterm assignment supporting the Co-Interim Directors of the University Center for International Studies (UCIS). In this role, you will provide day-to-day administrative and project support to keep operations running smoothly during the transition period. The ideal candidate brings political savvy and discretion; can navigate institutional processes; coordinate across central offices, academic units, and external partners; and communicate diplomatically with diverse stakeholders. This is a hands-on role focused on scheduling and meeting logistics, document and correspondence management, follow-through on action items, and light project coordination. Cultural sensitivity, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritize in a fast moving environment are essential. A bachelors degree plus 3 years of experience is required. Experience will be considered in lieu of the education requirement.
