The Pet Doctor is seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician to become part of our compassionate, collaborative team. What You’ll Do

Patient Care & Client Communication

• Obtain vitals and patient histories for appointments

• Prepare vaccines and supplies while educating clients on preventative care

• Confidently review medical treatment plans and discuss payment options

• Dispense medications with strong knowledge of common prescriptions

Technical & Clinical Skills

• Perform Venipuncture and place IV catheters

• Collect, prepare, and submit laboratory samples

• Understand common exams, procedures, and treatments

• Prepare patients for surgery and assist with anesthesia monitoring

• Safely perform IV inductions and intubate anesthetized patients
