This position is in our Ag & Trading enterprise, where we connect producers and users of grains and oilseeds around the globe through origination, trading, processing, and distribution. We also offer a range of farmer services and risk management solutions.
Job Purpose and Impact
The Customer Service Representative Glycerin will support a moderate scale of customer service activities for a single site team. In this role, you will contribute to optimizing and monitoring shipping and returns, including processing complex orders from customers and resolving order or delivery issues.
Work in a hybrid system applicable (3 days in the office/ 2 days remote).
Key Accountabilities
• Maintain systems and relationships that meet customer demand forecast, as well as other databases related to shipments and inventory management. • Inform customers about order status, invoices, contract balances and other information needed to complete the sale. • Execute customer service strategies. • Expedite workflow and coordinate changes in schedules. • Provide support to improvement projects and commitments requiring a basic understanding of customer service practices and procedures. • Handle issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Good understanding of Excel / Word / PowerPoint
Experience in customs formalities (Import, Export)
Basic knowledge in handling commodities
Fluent English
Preffered Qualifications
SAP TCC experience is plus
local language will be a plus, other languages are nice to have
Proactive approach and growth mindset
Strong communication skills
Strong customer orientation and open approach to cooperation and problem-solving
