Taqueria Cinco is on a quest to find our next Chief Tortilla Technician—a culinary wizard who knows that a taco is only as good as the tortilla it rides in on.

We’re not just slapping meat on masa over here. We’re crafting edible art with char, crunch, and cariño.

What You’ll Be Doing (a.k.a. Mission Critical Tortilla Duties):
Commanding the grill like it’s a telenovela finale
Prepping ingredients with love and low-key judgment
Maintaining tortilla integrity (tears, folds, over-toasting = disrespect)
Keeping things hot, clean, and flavorful
Working in rhythm with our front-of-house squad so tacos fly out on time
Not panicking when 14 online orders hit at once (we believe in you)

Requirements

•  At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen
• Ability to chop cilantro without crying
• Deep tortilla respect
• Must be able to differentiate between “crispy” and “burnt”
• Team player with main character energy
• Bonus points if your abuela taught you the right way to warm a tortilla
