Bez Law Firm, P.C. is currently recruiting a Family Law Associate Attorney for an office in Roseville, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients from the consultation throughout settlement negotiations, short cause hearings, final judgments, or trials as necessary.
• Maintain records and evidence to represent clients
• Negotiate effectively on behalf of clients while demonstrating the highest integrity and quality of work.

Requirements

• J.D. degree and membership in good standing with the California State Bar
• Excellent legal writing skills
• Well-organized, and can work independently with little direction, willing to accept new training
• Good legal research skills.
• High computer literacy.
• Experience managing own clients is a plus
• Ability to work successfully with people from diverse backgrounds
• Strong time management skills and an ability to multi-task
