The Storeroom Supervisor is responsible for overseeing storeroom operations, including the procurement of hotel supplies, goods, and some food and beverage items. This role ensures accurate inventory control, maintains temperature logs, monitors product quality, and manages purchasing systems, along with other related responsibilities.
What You'll Do:
The role requires physical capability, as it may involve lifting, pushing, and pulling.
Prior food and beverage or culinary experience is essential, as the Storeroom Supervisor must check and inspect food items to ensure quality, proper condition, and appropriate storage.
Play a key part in supporting hotel operations by ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven procurement of goods.
Work closely with leaders across multiple departments to maintain appropriate inventory levels and ensure the hotel is consistently well supplied.
Responsible for maintaining strong partnerships within the hotel, upholding all safety, sanitation, and brand standards, and driving efficiency, organization, and accountability within the storeroom function.

Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to stand and walk throughout the day, and to regularly lift, push, and pull moderate weight
Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams, with the ability to quickly learn new systems
Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-starter. Able to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
