We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable New York Board of Pharmacy Registered Pharmacist License Pharmacist (Know Chinese)to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for our patients. This position requires a strong understanding of pharmacy practices, medical terminology, and patient care. The Pharmacist will collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal medication management and support patient health outcomes.

Responsibilities

Dispense medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Provide expert advice on medication therapy management, including drug interactions and side effects.
Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess medication needs and provide education on proper usage.
Maintain accurate inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and tracking medications.
Collaborate with healthcare teams in various settings such as ER and ICU to optimize patient care plans.
Implement aseptic techniques in the preparation of sterile products when necessary.
Stay updated on pharmaceutical advancements, treatment protocols, and best practices in patient care.
Document all relevant patient information and medication therapy changes in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
BLS & CPR Certification
New York Board of Pharmacy Registered Pharmacist License
Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and pharmacy practices.
Experience in clinical settings such as ER or ICU is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and education.
Ability to manage inventory effectively while ensuring medication safety standards are met.
Proficient in aseptic technique for sterile compounding when applicable.
