Nurtury is looking for an Enrollment Coordinator to keep our enrollment, billing, and family support operations running seamlessly. If you’re organized and love helping families, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
Recruit and enroll new families: keep children’s records accurate and up to date, assist families with registering for the state’s wait list, maintain master attendance records and prepare required reports Data collection and data entry for billing: vouchers, contracts, transportation, parent fees collection, DEEC, DCF and third-party payers Support the department with all compliance related matters as needed Full job description available upon request

Requirements
Are Bilingual in Spanish/English (preferred) Are willing to travel locally as needed Are organized, detail driven, and great with people Are skilled in MS Office and other online systems Are experienced (1–3 years) in administration or customer support, ideally in a nonprofit
