We work with clients that service enterprise customers and build marketing tailored to the needs of various individuals within one organization, all with varying perspectives and each needing a different compelling story to make big decisions. Our digital marketing and operations director architects the execution of digital campaigns, owning the outcome of those campaigns, being a custodian of advances in digital strategy, and curating the knowledge of marketing technology.


Core Responsibilities

  • Player/coach for digital marketing team members to unify digital tactics into campaign implementation designs.
  • Manage direct reports on the digital team including social media, digital ads, search marketing, email marketing & automation, CRM, digital implementation, etc., ensuring adequate expertise, capacity and skillset to execute digital marketing programs across all clients.
  • Leverage martech/implementation manager to build campaigns with: appropriate digital automation, reporting metrics and analytics, personalization and customization, etc.
  • Own the implementation/deployment outcome (i.e., did the program deploy and run as designed?).
  • Expert custodian of advances in digital strategies, tactics and technologies to guide the capabilities roadmap for the digital team, inform creative directors, and disseminate knowledge to the Creative Services team.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Directors to incorporate and apply appropriate digital approaches to campaign intent and vision.
  • Develop digital implementation plans for campaigns.

Requirements


Qualification Musts (trust us, they're important)

  • Demonstrated track record and current expertise in the use of various digital tactics and how to implement and deploy them in a campaign framework.
  • Knowledge of a wide array of marketing technology and platforms to intelligently guide and manage the digital team that uses them.
  • Intrinsic understanding of how digital marketing tactics work and are measured.
  • Entrepreneurial approach to creating effective and efficient methods for building and running digital programs.
  • Collaborative and polished management style adaptable to varying team personalities.


Nice to Have

  • Direct, hands-on experience in multiple digital marketing disciplines.
  • Previous management role in digital agency cross multiple tactical disciplines.


Experience

  • Minimum 6 years in B2B marketing
  • Minimum 4 years in a marketing agency
  • Minimum 3 years in a digital/marketing management role


Education

  • Bachelor in business-related field (marketing, management, digital, communications, etc)


Our team is located across the U.S., with concentrations in Denver and St. Louis. This position can be based remotely or in person (if near our Denver office).
