We have an immediate in office opening for an experienced Patent Prosecutor in our Utah, Orange County, San Francisco, or New York office. We are looking for a candidate with 2+ years of recent experience, including conducting invention disclosure meetings and preparing new applications in the electrical engineering or computer science areas.
USPTO bar membership is required. A strong technical understanding of integrated circuits and related innovations is required.
Mandarin fluency is preferred but not required.
