Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Personal Assistant (Legal PA) to provide remote administrative and secretarial support to senior legal professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting lawyers in a busy legal environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with discretion and professionalism. 

Responsibilities:
Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and maintain calendars for lawyers and legal teams.
Draft, format, and proofread legal correspondence and documentation.
File and organize electronic documents, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security standards.
Liaise with clients, court personnel, and third parties in a professional and timely manner.
Assist with timekeeping, billing, and document management software.
Perform legal research and compile supporting materials as directed by supervising lawyers.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Requirements

Requirements
Minimum 1 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, or Legal PA.
Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and document types.
Experience supporting lawyers in litigation, corporate, or commercial law is highly regarded.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize work, manage deadlines, and work independently in a remote environment.
