The New York, New York and Newark, New Jersey offices of FBT Gibbons are seeking a Product, Tort & Insurance Litigation Associate.

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of product liability or tort litigation experience
- Experience with written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings and substantive motions
- Experience with court appearances and assisting with pretrial or pre-arbitration preparations
- Superior academic credentials and excellent research and writing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Admission to the New York and/or New Jersey Bar
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $192,500-$207,500, reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.
Associates are also eligible for:
- Quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum objective bonus opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level
- Annual subjective bonus
