Leventry, Haschak & Rodkey, LLC (LHR) is a full-service law firm that provides quality and innovative legal services to the people of Cambria, Somerset, Bedford, Blair and Indiana counties, and beyond. The Attorneys and Staff of LHR strive to always exemplify honesty, integrity and respect toward our clients and coworkers. As a full- service law firm covering over 20 practice areas, LHR is capable of handling whatever life has thrown your way.

Our firm includes a staff of five (5) attorneys, two (2) paralegals and ten (10) professional administrative staff members. They each contribute their talent and experience to make LHR one of only a handful of full-service law firms in the Tri-County area.

Company History

1983
Timothy C. Leventry started Leventry Law office as a sole practitioner.
2002
Mr. Leventry formed a Limited Liability Company with John Haschak, creating the firm of Leventry & Haschak, LLC.
2003
Randy Rodkey and David Klementik joined the firm as partners to create Leventry, Haschak, Rodkey, and Klementik, LLC. Attorney Klementik was elected to the position of Common Pleas Judge of Somerset County in 2005 and the firm became Leventry, Haschak & Rodkey, LLC.
