Company Overview

Zoë Incorporated is a Kentucky-based nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals experiencing
homelessness or housing instability move toward safety, stability, and self-sufficiency. Through
various initiatives , Zoë will provide street outreach, needs assessment, housing/service
navigation, case management, transportation assistance, and follow-up. Outreach will
connect participants with shelter, housing, healthcare, behavioral health, employment, benefits,
education, transportation, and other community resources. Each participant will receive
individualized support focused on resolving immediate barriers while building a practical path
toward stable housing, increased income, and long-term independence.
