The Role

• Strategic Planning:Develop and execute strategic marketing plans tailored to the Asia institutional and intermediary channels, including institutional investors, private banks, insurance companies, wealth managers, and financial advisors.
• Campaign Management:Lead integrated marketing campaigns and events (both physical and digital) to promote the firm's brand and investment capabilities within the region.
• Content & Collateral:Oversee the local funds literature hierarchy and the development of thought leadership and product materials. Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and external writers to ensure timely delivery.
• Awards & Recognition:Manage industry award submissions to promote the firm's asset class capabilities and products.
• Localization:Support Chinese language translations and materials required for successful local market execution.
• Performance Measurement:Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of all marketing activities, using data-driven insights to inform future strategy.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with global, regional, and local stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of global projects.

Your Profile

• Experience:5-7 years of solid experience in asset management or related financial marketing, specifically covering the Asian region.
• Industry Knowledge:Strong understanding of the asset management industry, portfolio management concepts, and products across different asset classes.
• Channel Expertise:Proven experience working with the Hong Kong and Singapore markets, with a strong awareness of local regulatory requirements.
• Marketing Skills:Demonstrable ability to implement multi-channel marketing strategies, including advertising, events, and content development.
• Project Management:Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Communication:Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (Proficiency in Mandarin and Simplified Chinese is a distinct advantage).
• Soft Skills:A collaborative team player who is highly efficient, creative, and capable of working independently. Must be detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
