        Glowacki, Imbrigiotta & Doucette, LPA is a defense oriented  civil litigation firm located in Middleburg Heights, Ohio.  Since the mid 1980’s, we have focused on representing individuals, insurance companies, and business clients in civil litigation throughout the State and Federal Courts of Ohio.  In addition to our core insurance defense practice, we work with business clients located throughout Ohio in the areas of business transactions and contracts, labor and employment, and litigation.  

        Job Requirements

• Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion preparation, and trial.  
• Communicate and collaborate with clients, insurers, and opposing counsel.
• Represent clients at court hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Provide legal counsel to business clients, including drafting contracts and corporate transactional documents.
• Conduct legal research independently and draft motions, briefs, memoranda, and other legal documents.
