About Us
Anderson &Harrison, PLLC is a small but rapidly-growing law firm committed to delivering exceptional legal counsel while fostering a culture where attorneys can build long, sustainable careers. We believe that the best client service comes from lawyers who are energized, not burned out — and we've structured our practice accordingly.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our litigation team on a potential partnership track. Our partnership-track associates are expected to bill 1,700–1,800 hours annually.
You'll work alongside experienced partners on complex matters, take on meaningful responsibility early, and have a genuine path to partnership for those who demonstrate the talent and drive to get there.

What You'll Do
Manage and litigate cases in real estate, construction, and/or commercial disputes from inception through trial or resolution

Partnership track with realistic, transparent milestones
A 1,700–1,800 hour annual billing expectation — ambitious, but humane
Relocation assistance to the Nashville area; hybrid work schedule (some in office, some from home); unlimited PTO
Medical/Dental/Vision allowance after 60 days; 401K + match after 6 months; bonus opportunitues based on performance
Collegial, collaborative culture where your contributions are recognized
