Description

We are looking for an attorney with:

• 4 to 6 years of third-party insurance defense experience;
• Able to manage a diverse caseload involving significant property damage claims, bodily injury, premises liability, and automobile negligence;
• Trial experience a plus (first or second chair);
• Ideal candidate can “pick up a case and run with it” – inception to trial…able to independently manage cases;
• The candidate should be experienced with taking depositions (Plaintiffs, treating physicians, experts, etc) and attending mediations. He/she should also have strong litigation, negotiation, and analytical skills along with excellent written/verbal skills;
• The candidate should be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced litigation setting;
• Pennsylvania bar membership required…West Virginia and/or Ohio bar a plus;
• Billable Hour requirement – 170 on a rolling monthly average
