WE ARE HIRING – PERSONAL INJURY ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY (1–2 YEARS EXPERIENCE / ENTRY LEVEL CONSIDERED)
Wapner Newman is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented associate attorney to join our expanding practice. This position is ideal for a 1–2 year attorney or strong entry-level candidate looking to develop litigation/trial skills and build a career in plaintiff’s personal injury law.
Our practice focuses on serious injury litigation, including medical malpractice, automobile accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury matters.
Responsibilities include:
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Taking and defending depositions
- Court appearances
- Client communication and case management
- Assisting with trial preparation and litigation strategy
What we are looking for:
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Motivated self-starter with strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Active licenses in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey required
