Established Michigan-based plaintiff-side employment law firm seeks a motivated litigator with 2+ years of experience in federal civil litigation to join our litigation team. The ideal candidate will support and work closely with senior attorneys on matters in federal and state court.

The successful candidate is a great writer with self-confidence, poise and judgment to develop first-rate deposition and trial skills. This position will allow the Attorney to work remotely and flexibility with their work schedule. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Requirements

Must have:

Licensure: Active license to practice law in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan.
Experience: 2–5 years civil litigation experience, including federal court.

Preferred Attributes:

Top academic credentials.
Employment litigation experience.
