We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our growing local government practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to work directly with municipal clients, gain experience, and grow within a firm that values mentorship and long-term career development.

Requirements

.J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently
Excellent judgment, professionalism, and client communication skills
Location in the Tampa Bay area
Experience with public records, open meetings, or administrative law is also strongly preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
Advise local government clients on a broad range of municipal and regulatory matters
Draft ordinances, resolutions, contracts, and legal opinions
Represent clients in administrative proceedings, hearings, and assist with litigation as needed
Attend commission, council, or board meetings as assigned
Collaborate with partners and other associates on complex municipal matters
