Description

Established California personal injury and workers’ compensation law firm seeks an experienced California-licensed attorney to assist with personal injury ( pre-lit and litigation) on a flexible, project-based or hourly basis. The ideal candidate has experience independently handling California PI matters, including: * Evaluating and moving cases toward resolution * Editing discovery responses *  Defending depositions  * Assisting with trial preparation.  Applicants must be able to work with minimal supervision, communicate effectively, and move assigned cases forward efficiently. Qualifications: * Active California Bar license * 5+ years of California personal injury litigation experience preferred * Ability to work remotely, hearing/ courts, with periodic meetings as needed.
