We work strategically to find the best resolution for our client through settlement or at the hands of a judge or jury. We're looking for an Associate Attorney who wants to do serious family law work in a firm that takes both its clients and its people seriously.

The Role
You'll manage your own caseload — divorces, custody matters, protective orders, and more — with direct mentorship. You'll be in court. You'll talk to clients. Your work will matter to real people navigating real crises, and you'll have the support of a principal attorney who has seen these cases from both sides of the bench.

        Want to develop genuine family law litigation skills, not just document review

        Communicate proactively and follow through without needing reminders

        Care about clients as people — not just cases

        Are licensed in Texas with 2–8+ years of family law experience (or strong commitment to the practice area)

What We Offer
        Base salary: $80,000 – $150,000 (based on experience)

        Merit bonus potential for performance above billing requirement

        Health insurance (employer paid)

        15 days PTO + Harris County holidays

        Texas State Bar dues paid

        Firm-paid CLE

        Malpractice insurance covered

        401(k) eligibility after 24 months
