Experience Level:        0–3 years / Entry-level considered
About Our Firm:         Personal injury work, including substantial trial work.

Job Responsibilities:  Conducting legal research and analyzing case law.

                                  Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents.
                                  Representing clients at depositions, hearings, and status conferences.
Qualifications:           Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
                                 Active member in good standing with the Virginia State Bar, required, Maryland and/or Washington, D.C. also considered.
                                 Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
                                 Salary Range: commensurate with experience
