Description

• Must have a Juris Doctor degree from accredited law school and feel comfortable in a court room in front of a judge.
• Firm only practices in civil law including but not limited to: commercial disputes, landlord/tenant law, real estate law, business transactions, construction litigation, contract review and drafting, arbitration, depositions, and mediation.
• Looking for an attorney with at least 1 year of civil litigation experience. A background or experience in criminal law, personal injury, or family law is not preferred.
• Candidate must communicate well, be highly organized, and be able to prioritize and adjust case work as necessary.
• Candidate must be willing to learn and work well with co-workers and clients.
