Boutique law firm of Hicks Crandall Juhl, PC seeks a Virginia barred associate to join our active family law practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in family law cases and litigation, though prior experience is not necessary. This position provides the opportunity for work on all aspects of family law, including negotiations, mediation, drafting motions and agreements, discovery, and contested litigation. We seek someone who is motivated and who wants to grow as an attorney and member of our team. We offer a collegial and collaborative environment to assist associates grow and mature as litigators.
