Grim, Biehn & Thatcher is a respected 21-attorney law firm in Bucks County. We are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join our Estate Department, focusing on estate planning, probate, trusts and estates, and Orphans’ Court litigation.

Position Overview:
The Associate Attorney will work directly with clients on a variety of matters including:

Drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents
Assisting executors and administrators with estate and probate administration
Representing clients in Orphans’ Court proceedings and estate-related litigation

Requirements

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) and active Pennsylvania Bar admission
2–5 years of experience in estate planning, probate, trust administration, and/or Orphans’ Court litigation (candidates with more experience will be considered)
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Client-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple matters effectively
