North Sound Law Group is a law firm located in downtown Bellingham. With three attorneys and six staff members, we focus our practice on estate planning, probate and trust administration, and business succession planning.
We are seeking a full time, on-site associate attorney with an interest in practicing in estate planning, probate, and trust administration. A high level of professionalism and ability to work sensitively with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and circumstances are essential in this role.
Qualifications
Licensed to practice law in Washington state
2 - 4 years of experience as an attorney
Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Team player
Fluency with Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook, Word, and Teams)
Familiarity with Clio is a plus
Already a notary, or eligible to become one
Compensation for this role will depend on experience, skills, and knowledge base. We offer a benefits package that includes health insurance, malpractice insurance, annual license fees, continuing legal education, paid sick leave and vacation, and a firm-matching retirement plan. Base salary ranges from $90,000 - $125,000 with additional bonus structure.
