Advise private equity sponsors & their portfolio companies, private credit funds & corporate borrowers in connection w/ a range of complex debt finance transactions. Reqs Juris Doctor or Master of Laws deg, or foreign equiv. Must have 3 yrs of exp at a corporate law firm: representing & advising fin'l institutions (incl banks & private credit lenders), private equity sponsors & large corporate borrowers on complex acquisition & leveraged finance & corporate finance transactions; & negotiating complex financing docs, in particular credit agreements, indentures & security agreements, as well as drafting ancillary financing docs & conducting due diligence. Exp must incl working on a broad range of complex financing transactions, such as acquisition & leveraged finance, corporate finance, fund finance & debt restructuring transactions, & on cross-border financing transactions.
