Description

We are seeking an attorney to join our trusts and estates practice to support the firm on a temporary basis during upcoming employee leaves. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring continuity of service for our clients while working closely with our experienced estate planning and administration team.

Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Drafting trust and estate planning documents
Meeting with clients to oversee execution of estate plans
Drafting, filing probate pleadings and attending hearings with the probate court
Extensive communication with clients
Preparation of estate tax returns and trust accountings

The ideal candidate for this job is self-reliant, confident, resourceful, organized, demonstrates strong interpersonal and written communication skills, exhibits extreme attention to detail, and can work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This position offers an opportunity to gain substantial hands-on experience in a sophisticated trusts and estates practice while making a meaningful contribution to our team during a period of temporary staffing need. Strong consideration will be given to candidates with prior experience in estate planning, probate administration, and Probate & Family Court practice.
