Established Chester County law firm is seeking to fill the following three full-time attorney positions. Candidates must have a Juris Doctor degree and be licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. These positions offer an opportunity to be trained and work closely with experienced attorneys. Competitive salaries, office in downtown, idyllic West Chester with parking provided. Municipal / Land Use Attorney with one-two years of experience working as a lawyer. Experience in municipal law, land use regulations, zoning, and real estate law is a plus.
Litigation Attorney with courtroom experience. Position centers on courtroom advocacy, with a heavy focus on juvenile and dependency law. Minimum two (2) year commitment required.
Transactional / Real Estate Attorney with 5-10 years’ experience in real estate or commercial transactions. Ideal candidate will possess high levels of self-motivation, organization, professionalism, strong work ethic, ability to work as a team player, excellent writing and verbal communication skills, and a commitment to client service.
