The successful candidate will possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. This individual must be a team player who is able to take direction well and contribute immediately to a positive workflow. The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing in the State of Nevada
- Reside in the Las Vegas/Clark County area
- 2 to 5 years of personal injury experience in the State of Nevada
- Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents in the field of personal injury.
- Strong research, writing, and oral communication skills
- Experience taking and defending depositions
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
This is a full-time, permanent in-office position. Compensation is based on work experience, qualifications, and credentials. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also provided including paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
