Description
Power, Little, Little & Little is a long-established law firm serving Clinton County, Indiana, and surrounding communities. With more than 90 years of service to Clinton County, our firm has developed a strong and loyal client base while maintaining a broad, community-focused practice. In addition to Clinton County, we routinely represent clients throughout Carroll, Tippecanoe, Boone, and Tipton Counties.
We are seeking associate attorneys who want to build a career, develop meaningful client relationships, and ultimately establish roots in the community with the opportunity to become a partner of the firm.
A Different Kind of Law Firm
We believe practicing law in a small community should be personal—not corporate.
Our associates are given autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to shape their own practices. We encourage attorneys to develop areas of interest while having the support and resources of an established firm with a diverse client base.
We are a family-focused firm that recognizes that a successful legal career should complement, rather than compete with, a fulfilling personal life. Our attorneys have flexibility in scheduling and practice management, and we value loyalty, independence, hard work, and quality work product.
Our commitment to our employees extends throughout the firm. We have a strong history of long-tenured legal assistants and staff, reflecting our belief that people who contribute to the success of the firm should be valued and rewarded.
Practice Areas
Our diverse practice allows associates to gain experience across many areas of law, including:
Criminal law
Family law
Estates and probate
Expungements
Appeals
Contracts
Real estate
Municipal law
Personal injury
Social Security Disability
Associates are encouraged to develop their own areas of interest and take an active role in building their practices.
What We Are Looking For?
We are looking for attorneys who:
Are licensed to practice law in Indiana;
Are hardworking, dependable, and committed to serving clients;
Want meaningful responsibility and autonomy in their practice;
Enjoy developing long-term relationships with clients and the community;
Are interested in practicing in a variety of areas of law;
Want to establish roots in Clinton County and the surrounding communities; and
View private practice as a long-term career, with the potential for future partnership in the firm.
Whether you are a recent law-school graduate or an experienced attorney looking for a different kind of practice, we welcome candidates who share our commitment to clients, community, and professional excellence.
Why Join Power, Little, Little & Little?
At our firm, you will have the opportunity to practice law rather than simply fill a position. You will work directly with clients, develop your own professional identity, and have the freedom to build a practice that fits your strengths and interests.
You will also have the benefit of joining a firm with more than nine decades of history, an established clientele, experienced support staff, and deep connections within the communities we serve.
If you are looking for a place where hard work is recognized, loyalty matters, family is valued, and partnership is a realistic long-term goal, we would like to hear from you.
Interested candidates are encouraged to submit a resume and cover letter describing their interest in joining Power, Little, Little & Little and their long-term goals in the practice of law.
