Briefing Attorney Wanted (multiple Houston offices)

We’re a growing Plaintiff personal injury law firm looking for a Briefing Attorney to assist our litigation department. The position will involve preparing cases for trial, drafting motions, filing petitions, assisting the firm’s litigation dockets. Responsibilities:

• Conduct Legal Research
• Perform legal analysis
• Draft motions and responses to opposing counsel’s motions
• Assist in Trial Preparation

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree
• Texas State Bar licensed
• Must be able to travel up to 20%

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong Research/Writing skills

• Judicial Clerk/Law Review background a plus
