Amer Cunningham Co., L.P.A. is looking for a civil litigation Attorney to join our team in Akron, Ohio.  This is a full-time, position with benefits.  Salary commensurate with experience.

Requirements

Must be experienced in evaluating the merits of a dispute, review evidence, interview witnesses, and determine legal strategy; prepare legal documents such as complaints, answers, motions to dismiss, and briefs; Manage discovery and the exchange of information, draft and respond to written questions (interrogatories), request documents, and conduct depositions; Pursue out-of-court settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution; Trial
