Live & Learn AZ connects women to postsecondary education opportunities, workforce training, and job search support, guiding and coaching clients through our Workforce Development, Career Advancement, and Economic Empowerment tracks. We're a small, close-knit team that believes real change happens through relationships — with the women we serve, and with one another.
The Client Coordinator provides case management services to Live & Learn clients, including maintaining regular client contact, identifying goals, and coaching for success. Coordinators also manage documentation, communication, and support efforts in Salesforce. This is a paid, 40-hour-per-week position; work outside normal business hours is required at times.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a human services–related field preferred, or equivalent, commensurate work experience
- Workforce development or post-secondary education case management experience
- Formal experience working with diverse, low-income populations
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Adobe, Salesforce, internet, and email
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred, not required
- Must currently hold, or be able to obtain, a valid Arizona DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card prior to employment (required for all Live & Learn AZ staff)
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management (75%): Coach clients toward strengths-based goals; maintain long-term relationships through monthly check-ins and ongoing communication; develop and track client goals; complete required documentation in Salesforce/Charity Tracker; coordinate financial support per program guidelines; maintain accurate client data; research and recommend community resources; coordinate delivery of client support items; conduct intake appointments; collaborate with the Program Manager on caseload review.
- Outreach & New Client Management (10%): Interview prospective clients for eligibility and program fit; represent Live & Learn at community tabling and outreach events; build partnerships that result in formalized referral agreements; submit outreach activity summaries.
- Development & Training (10%): Participate in professional development trainings; integrate new tools and best practices into case management work; engage in wellness reflection and trauma-informed practices.
- Workshops/Events (5%): Attend Live & Learn client events; support planning, organization, and execution of workshops and events.
