+ Plus $800 monthly auto allowance ($9,600 annually)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Estimating & Preconstruction
• Prepare construction estimates and take-offs for projects in:
  • Hospitality
  • Multifamily
  • Commercial
  • Healthcare
  • K-12
  • Higher Education

Project Phase Management
Support and manage estimating activities during:

• Conceptual Phase
• Pre-Construction
• Construction
• Change Orders

Leadership Focus:

• While the title is Mid-Senior Level Estimator, this is more than an individual contributor role.
• We are seeking someone who can:
  • Build and develop an estimating team... Mentor junior estimators
  • Establish estimating best practices
  • Influence department strategy and process improvement

Initial Client-Facing Responsibilities

• The position emphasizes:
  • Presenting budgets to owners and design teams
  • Leading cost strategy discussions
  • Supporting project pursuits and interviews
  • Influencing design decisions through real-time cost input

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 5 to 10+ years of construction estimating experience
• Experience preparing estimates from schematic design through design development documents
• Change-order management experience
• Knowledge of historical pricing and cost databases
• Experience leading stakeholder meetings
• Some Scheduling experience
• Estimating knowledge across all CSI trade divisions
  • M*E*P are pluses

Software Competency with Timberline/Sage or similar estimating software

Some experience with Primavera 3/6 "preferred"
