Job Description: Criminal Defense Attorney
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, minimum 40 hours; weekends as needed
Work Location: In-person (Baton Rouge, LA)

Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing criminal defense (Louisiana experience preferred)
- Active and in good standing with the Louisiana State Bar Association.
- Strong knowledge of Louisiana criminal law, court procedures, and trial practices.
- Proven courtroom experience, including hearings and negotiations.
- Excellent legal writing and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet critical deadlines.
- Confident, decisive, and able to perform under pressure.
Pay:
$72,500 - $90,000

Requirements
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) required
- Must be licensed and admitted to practice in Louisiana
- Criminal law experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload
- Willingness to travel for court appearances (approximately 50%)
