Customer Service Coordinator, F/T, 24 months of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Client Relations, Hospitality Services, Sales Support, or Related Occupation. Coordinate customer service activities to ensure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns. Communicate with customers regarding reservations, orders, services, and special requests. Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues and escalate complex matters as necessary. Monitor customer feedback and assist in implementing improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. Coordinate communication between customers and restaurant staff to ensure efficient service delivery. Assist in organizing customer outreach, promotional activities, and customer retention initiatives. Prepare customer service reports and maintain records of customer interactions and service issues. Ensure compliance with company customer service policies and procedures. Work under the supervision and direction of the Restaurant Owner.
