JOB DESCRIPTIONAs the Underwriting Support Insurance to Value (UST ITV) Coordinator, you will be assisting the Underwriting Centers by processing home inspections, policy changes, managing inspection requirements/compliance reviews, etc. Join our team to deliver personalized service that demonstrates the value of being insured by Chubb.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service and quality technical content in a fast-paced, automated, high-volume environment.
- Assume ownership and timeliness in process home inspections, producer notifications, transacting policy changes, and updating underwriting notes efficiently and accurately.
- Review and determine compliance in accordance with inspection requirements, and process non-renewals and cancellations.
- Demonstrate the ability to analyze information to make appropriate decisions and solve problems while supporting the underwriting centers.
- Learn with a high regard for accuracy of basic knowledge of personal lines insurance principals and Chubb products, and home inspection details.
- Efficiently navigate multiple systems and applications to research, analyze and resolve home inspection processes.
- Maintain established levels of productivity, service, and quality standards within a fast-paced environment.
- Works collaboratively with team members, and business partners, support a partnership with the underwriting centers to provide a quality experience for our agents and clients.
- Work overtime as needed.
- Complete additional tasks and other projects/duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong decision-making velocity in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong time management skills, with ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities with a focus on results
- Outstanding, effective, and service focused communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in computer skills, multi-application navigation and multi-tasking
- Demonstrate professionalism, accountability and taking personal pride in the handling of inspection processing and support to our business partners and our valued agency partners
- Property and Casualty insurance experience a plus

- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or currently pursuing is a plus!
- Personal Lines Insurance
- Masterpiece and IMS systems and processes
- PLS and @work systems and processes
- Knowledge and proficiency with RiskID, PLUW, Portrait/PLS Notes,
- General: Proficient/Intermediate Excel level, Outlook
The pay range for the role is $40,000 to $69,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant's skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, more details on which can be found on our careers website. The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
