JOB DESCRIPTION The PRS Underwriting General Support Coordinator is responsible for assisting the underwriting centers in growth and profitability by performing functions closely related with underwriting functionality and profitability. These functions require the use of:
- Personal Lines Underwriting Workstation (PLUW) and its systems
- Personal Risk Underwriting Notes System (Portrait)
- Masterpiece (MPRT) processing and its related systems
- Other Personal Risk Systems - PLS, DRC, @Work, and RiskID
QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated superior customer service skills
- Demonstrated time management skills: ability to manage multiple priorities with focus on results
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with team members and business partners to achieve positive results
- Quality conscious with a strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated problem solving skills - analytical and solution development
- Masterpiece systems and processes
- Knowledge and proficiency with RiskID, PLUW, Portrait is a plus
- General: Proficient/Intermediate MS Office skills, Outlook
The pay range for the role is $40,000 to $69,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant's skills and other factors. The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
