San Diego Injury Law Center is a fast-growing personal injury and employment law firm dedicated to protecting the rights of individuals throughout California. We provide a collaborative environment up to any including litigation, handling trial and jury trials attorneys can gain meaningful, hands-on litigation experience.

Responsibilities

Manage an active caseload from intake through resolution.
Take and defend depositions, draft discovery, and participate in hearings.
Second-chair trials and assist senior attorneys in all phases of litigation.
Work directly with clients to deliver exceptional service and results.

Requirements

Qualifications

2 references required
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active California Bar License.
2–5 years of litigation experience on behalf of plaintiff (employment law preferred).
Litigation and Trial experience.
Strong oral advocacy, case management, legal research, and communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary stating at $200,000.00, plus +
Competitive salary (commensurate with experience).
