Estate Planning, Probate & Elder Law Attorney
Location: Sherman, Texas
Growing estate planning, probate, and elder law practice seeks an experienced attorney to join our team. Available duties include:
- Counseling clients and designing estate plans
- Drafting estate planning and probate documents
- Analyzing decedents’ estates
- Preparing estate tax returns
- Handling probate litigation
- Designing Medicaid qualification plans and assisting with applications
- Direct client contact
Requirements:

Member in good standing of the State Bar of Texas (or the ability to become admitted in one year)
- Juris Doctor degree from accredited US law school

An LLM or Board Certification as a specialist in tax, estate planning or elder law is helpful but not required

The ideal candidate will have several years' experience in estate planning, probate, trust/estate administration or elder law practice
