Description
Threshold Group is looking to hire a new Executive Assistant. This role will support the partners and the President in administrative support and oversee day-to-day operations of our office, while also assisting various teams with their operational needs.
Responsibilities for this role will include:
- Providing extensive administrative support for our partners and president: booking travel, scheduling meetings, preparing expense reports, registering for conferences and networking events, and other general administrative needs.
- Answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling correspondence.
- Assisting with the invoicing process for clients.
- Managing general office operations, including ordering office supplies and day-to-day upkeep of the office.
- Serving as a visible, reliable point of contact for employees with day-to-day office needs or questions, escalating issues when needed.
- Reserving conference rooms and coordinating with external catering companies to provide catering for meetings.
- Tracking and reordering office pantry items before they run out.
- Flagging facilities issues quickly and following through on next steps until they're resolved.
- Assisting additional teams on event support as needed.
- Staffing office meetings and events as needed.

Salary range is $55,000-$65,000 per year depending on your experience level, and includes health insurance and a 401(k). The position is in-person at our office in midtown Manhattan. Requirements
Requirements for this role are:
- A college degree.
- An interest in Democratic politics.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, including experience managing calendars on Google Calendar.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude and task-oriented.
