- Family Law Associate Attorney
Description
Our boutique Tampa Bay family law firm is seeking a skilled and motivated Family Law Associate Attorney to join our growing litigation practice. This is a remote position based in the Tampa Bay Area, with the flexibility to work from home, with the exception of required in-court appearances, hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings throughout the Tampa Bay region.
The associate will handle a litigation-focused caseload involving divorce, child custody and timesharing, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, paternity, domestic violence injunctions, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and post-judgment modifications and enforcement actions. You will manage your own docket under the supervision of senior attorneys while having direct ownership of your cases from intake through resolution or trial.
This role offers meaningful courtroom experience in Tampa Bay's family courts, direct client contact, and the opportunity to grow within a collaborative, tight-knit firm that values quality work, professional development, and work-life balance. The ideal candidate is a confident litigator who is comfortable advocating in court, drafting persuasive pleadings and motions, and guiding clients through emotionally challenging matters with empathy and professionalism.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage emotionally sensitive client matters with discretion and compassion
- Excellent time management and the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously
