Family Law Attorney — Honolulu

We are a busy medium-sized law firm representing local and military clients in divorce, custody, support, and related family law matters throughout Hawaii. We have an immediate opening for an attorney who wants real courtroom time and real client responsibility — not years of research and document review before ever seeing a judge.
We are looking for attorneys who are currently residing in Hawaii, currently licensed in Hawaii, and genuinely interested in helping local and military families get through divorce as amicably and compassionately as the circumstances allow.
What you'll actually do
You'll carry your own caseload from intake through resolution: client meetings, discovery, negotiation, motions practice, settlement conferences, and trial. You'll be in Family Court regularly. Senior attorneys are available to mentor and troubleshoot, but this is a role for someone who can move a case forward without being managed.
Requirements
*Currently licensed to practice law in Hawaii;
*Currently residing in Hawaii;
*Genuine interest in family law;
*Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a caseload independently.
Preferred
*Prior Hawaii family law experience
*Familiarity with military divorce issues (retirement division, BAH, SCRA)
